Return Window
TurckLopa accepts eligible return requests within 30 days after the order is delivered.
The 30-day return period begins on the date the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered.
Eligible products may be returned for free within this 30-day return period. Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or approved by us in writing.
Free Returns
TurckLopa offers free returns within 30 days after delivery for eligible items.
Once a return request is approved, customers will not be charged return shipping fees for the approved return.
We do not charge a return shipping fee for approved returns. Please contact us before sending any product back so we can review the request and provide the correct return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
Approved returns are free.
Once a return request is approved, TurckLopa will cover the return shipping cost for the approved return. Customers will not be charged return shipping fees for approved returns within the 30-day return period.
Any product sent back without approval may not qualify for free return shipping and may be delayed, refused, or unable to be processed.
Product Inspection
After we receive a returned product, we will inspect it to confirm whether it meets the return conditions.
The inspection may include checking the product condition, packaging, accessories, included parts, serial information if applicable, and the reason for return.
If the return is approved after inspection, we will process the refund according to this policy.
If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, the refund may be refused where permitted by applicable law.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
We cannot issue refunds to a different card, account, or payment method unless required by the payment processor or applicable law.
turcklopa.com operates through Shopify, and payments are processed through Shopify Payments. Refund timing may also depend on Shopify Payments, the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Refund Processing Time
Once a return is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
After the refund is issued, the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds back to the account.
